Oh! how I love cheese. This easy vegan cheese sauce is silky, creamy, and decadent. This taste of goodness can be used to create mac & cheese, Vegetarian Steak & cheese, drizzle over nachos and so much more!
There are lots of vegan cheese sauce recipes, I am sure they are just as good as the next. For me this recipe is so silky smooth I could not tell the difference. It was true surprise when I served this to my son who is not vegetarian or vegan and he loved it too.
A great sauce always enhances the dish that is being prepared. There are so many different sauces Bourbon BBQ sauce, Soy dipping sauce, Teriyaki dipping sauce, Nuoc Cham sauce, Yum Yum sauce. All are delicious with the dishes they are paired with.
