Blueberry Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie



Yummy yummy for the kiddie's tummies. I love a good smoothie. Kids love it because it's sweet but don't tell them all the good stuff is in it too. This delicious cold glass of nutrition feeds the body what it needs for your health and satisfied the tastebuds in your mouth with the natural sweetness from the honey and fruit.

Can I use frozen fruit to make smoothies?

You can use frozen or fresh fruit. I like to freeze my fresh fruit to make my smoothies.


Do I have to use ice in my smoothie?

If you are using frozen fruit ice is not necessary but you can add it. I feel it is a personal preference.


Can I freeze left over smoothies?

I do place left over smoothies in the freezer from time to time. They are so good they normally are not left in the freezer long.









Ingredients to Blueberry, Strawberry, Raspberry, Watermelon Smoothie


1/3 cup blueberries

1/3 cup strawberries

1/3 cup raspberries

1/3 cup watermelon

3 Tbsp honey

1/2 cup sweetened vanilla Almond milk

*Optional (ice)

*Optional Whip cream

















Let's Get Started!


  • Add the frozen or fresh watermelon, Strawberries, Raspberries and blueberries to the food processor.

  • Add in the honey.


  • Pour in the Sweetened Vanilla Almond milk. Blend well in the food processor. Add ice if desired. Optional * add Whip cream
