Drain and mash one can of black beans with a potato masher.
Chop the onion, yellow, and red peppers and cook them in a pan with vegan butter until they are tender. Add in the chopped mushrooms allow them to cook down, and set them to the side.
I cooked in Better than Bouillon roasted garlic base to give the Quinoa a blast of flavor.
To wake up the flavor of the burger add to a bowl the spices and bread crumbs.
Mix well and form your patties. I like to set the burgers in the freezer to firm up before cooking. Time to eat!
